Scott Garrett

Scott has worked on five continents and in more than 30 countries, adding value to major brands as a communicator, strategist and commercial leader. Former employers include Saatchi & Saatchi, NIKE, Heinz and Williams F1. He founded Promontory in 2007 to explore the commercial benefits of a motivated and engaged workforce for clients. He leads the Promontory team and delivers programmes all over the world. Scott is the master of re-defining the now, and the next, in the simplest possible terms.

Penny has honed her project management skills over 30 years in retail, hospitality, event management, and motorsport. A consummate networker and graduate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development, she makes things happen, gets things done, and organises Promontory’s resources efficiently.
Penny takes the lead project management role on important projects and keeps a knowledgeable eye on everything we do.

Rachel manages all areas of our events business, whether in-person or virtual. She has a degree in Events Management. She has an exceptional eye for detail, focusing on delivering events that run like clock-work. A real people person, as cool as a cucumber she innately understands how to pull together every element of an event. Working with top brands she understand the demands of providing a well oiled event, everywhere and anywhere.
